What options do I have if I’m having problems paying my bill?
We’re here to help keep the lights on and your house warm and comfortable. Here are some ways to get help to pay your bill:

Call us on 0800 300 400, Monday to Friday 8am – 8pm.

Perhaps Work and Income New Zealand can give you some extra help – phone them on 0800 559 009. Or phone 0508 283 438 for some advice regarding budgeting and managing bill payment from the New Zealand Federation of Family Budgeting Services.
